Shipping & Return Policy
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We update our online inventory frequently. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock (due to that day’s demand), we will contact you via email.
We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders will arrive between 7-10 business days.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your BlueQuail Clothing Co. purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The item must have been purchased from bluequailclothingco.com
- All items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
- Personalized items are FINAL SALE.
- ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Please include your packing slip with your return and return reason.
All items must be shipped back to BlueQuail Clothing Co. Returns Department and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method 7-14 business days after item has been received back to the warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items based on product availability. Due to high demand, some items and sizes may no longer be in stock. If you are concerned an item may no longer be in stock, please place a new order.
